Do my renters need to do anything to move to

If you received an email that your account has been migrated to, you'll use to manage your rent collections going forward. 

Your renters have received a similar email to yours letting them know their account was moved.

Here's what your renter will do to pay with 

  • They'll log into their new account. They can use the link in the email they got, or go here:
  • If your renter scheduled payments on Cozy, those were brought over to 
  • We'll also bring over your renter's payment method, so they won't need to add their bank account again.
