Can I stop my renter's in-progress payment?

Unfortunately, once a renter's payment has already been submitted to the ACH network, there's nothing Cozy can do to stop it on our end. 

Your renter's best option is to contact their bank right away to see if their bank can stop the payment. Keep in mind that most banks charge for that service (usually around $30).

If you need to return your renter's payment, you'll need to do so outside of Cozy as landlords aren't able to send payments to renters right now.
