How do I change my payment deposit account?

Replacing your bank account will update all of the properties that are currently connected to that bank account. To do so:

  1. Navigate to your Banks & Cards page.
  2. Click the "Details" button for the account that you'd like to replace.
  3. Select a different checking account or debit card, or else add a new account to Cozy.

If you'd like to change the account on a single property, but not necessarily replace it on all properties:

  1. Navigate to the Payment setup for the property you want to change.
  2. Click on the "Details" tab.
  3. Scroll to the Receiving Accounts section and click "Edit."
  4. Select the account you'd like to use.
  5. Proceed through the payment setup steps to save your change!
