How do I know if my tenant accepted my invitation and is set up on Cozy?

(For landlords)
You can check on your tenant's setup status at any time directly within your account. From your Transactions page, just click on the Tenants tab. From here, there are three possible statuses:

Invited means your tenant hasn't accepted their invite yet
Ready to pay means your tenant has accepted the invite, and has at least one verified payment account. 
Not ready to pay means your tenant hasn't added a payment account, or has added a payment account but has not verified it yet. You'll see the reason they're not ready explained right under their status. (Tenants can refer to this guide: How do I verify my bank account?

Renter hasn't accepted your invite? 

Click the Reinvite button to get your renter's invite link, which you can copy and paste into an e-mail to them.

If you don't see a Reinvite button, that means your renter set up a Cozy account already but hasn't yet set up a payment method. If this is the case, you'll need to remind them directly, as you won't see the reinvite option.
