Email support, 7 days a week 

We offer support via email 7 days a week, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours, even on weekends. Our team of Support Specialists is made up of friendly humans working from our headquarters in Portland, Oregon.

Be sure to email us from the email tied to your Cozy account. For your security, we can only share specific details with the account holder.


Why no phone support?

We don’t offer phone support because we believe we can better answer your questions and help solve your problems by investigating your account and our system details before we reply to you. We believe it’s our job to thoroughly answer your questions, and keep an accurate record of our conversations. Email lets us do just that! Besides, we don’t want you to have to be on phone hold, ever.

Can I stop an in-progress payment? Unfortunately, we're not able to stop a payment once it's started processing. Learn what steps you can take here.
