Does Cozy offer phone support?
We offer support via email 7 days a week, and we’ll always get back to you within 24 hours, even on weekends. Our team of Support Specialists is made up of friendly humans working from our headquarters in Portland, Oregon.
We don’t offer phone support, because we believe we can better answer your questions and help solve your problems by investigating your account and our system details before we reply to you. We believe it’s our job to thoroughly answer your questions, and keep an accurate record of our conversations. Email lets us do just that! Besides, we don’t want you to have to be on phone hold, ever.
