Payment failed: What's next?
If one of your Cozy payments fails, you can still retry that payment to your landlord through Cozy by scheduling a new payment.
Your initial payment will remain on your Payments page as Failed, but won't affect the balance on your ledger. You can pay the bill from your landlord by scheduling another payment.
Note: Cozy will never retry a failed payment. If you'd like to send funds again, you'll need to schedule another payment from your Payments page.
