How do I check on my tenant's setup progress?

You can check on your tenant's setup status at any time directly within your account. From your Transactions page, just click on the "Tenants" tab. From here, there are two possible statuses:

Ready to pay means your tenant has at least one verified payment account. 
Not ready to pay means that your tenant either hasn't accepted their invite yet, hasn't added a payment account, or has added a payment account but has not verified it yet. You'll see the reason they're not ready explained right under their status. (Tenants can refer to this guide: How do I verify my bank account? )
