What browsers do you support?

We support the most recent version of the following browsers:

  • Firefox (Windows/OS X)
  • Chrome (Windows/OS X)
  • Safari (OS X, iOS on iPad)
  • Internet Explorer (Windows: IE 10 and 11)

Mobile browser support is not fully available yet, but will be in the future.

Web browsers are constantly being updated, so the best thing you can do is be sure your browser is up to date. Set your browser to upgrade automatically so you don't get left behind. You can check the version status of most applications by checking the 'About' menu item. Where that item is depends on your computer operating system. On Windows, it is typically found as a sub-menu of the 'Help' information. On Apple OS X, this will be found in the first menu of the application- for instance, if you are using Chrome, check the menu called 'Chrome' and then select 'About Chrome'.  

It can be beneficial to install more than one browser on your computer, just in case. Firefox and Chrome are excellent alternative options to browsers provided with your operating system, and they're browsers we fully support. There are some times when a problem reported is not something we can replicate, and it might be due to a local issue. In such cases, it helps to compare with a second browser.
